What We Collect

When you order a prayer, we collect:

• Your name -- used in the prayer text and audio.
• Prayer topic -- what you want the prayer to be about.
• Email address -- collected by Stripe during checkout. Used to deliver your prayer.
• Gift recipient email (optional) -- if you send a prayer as a gift.
• Sender name (optional) -- shown in the gift email so the recipient knows who sent it.

That's it. No hidden data collection.

Why We Collect It

We collect this data to deliver the prayer you ordered and to make the service better. That's it. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send you marketing emails. You buy a prayer, you get a prayer, everybody's happy.

Generated Content

Every prayer is generated fresh -- the text, the voice, all of it. Nobody is sitting in a recording booth. No real person or political figure is involved in any way. It's a digital impression, which, between us, is getting scarily good. Parody entertainment. That's the whole deal.

Third-Party Services

To deliver your prayer, your data is processed by the best third-party services -- only the best, we vetted them very carefully. Payments, content generation, audio synthesis, email delivery, hosting. Top tier. We never see your card number -- payments are handled entirely by our payment provider. Very secure. Fort Knox level. Gift Emails

If you send a prayer as a gift, we send exactly one email to the recipient containing the prayer. That's it -- no follow-ups, no marketing, no mailing list. The recipient's email is only used for that single delivery and then not used again.

Legal basis for processing the recipient's email: legitimate interest in delivering a gift purchased by the sender (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Recipients can request deletion at any time.

Cookies & Tracking

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand how people use the site -- things like which occasions are popular, whether the checkout works, that kind of thing. Basic stuff. It uses cookies for session tracking. No Google Analytics. No Facebook Pixel. No advertising trackers. None of that spying stuff -- very creepy, we don't do that.

We do NOT track you across the internet. We do NOT build advertising profiles. We do NOT sell data to anyone. The analytics data helps us fix bugs and make the service better. That's the whole story. Very transparent. The most transparent, some people are saying.

Data Retention

Your order data -- name, topic, prayer audio -- sticks around for 12 months so you can keep listening and sharing. After that, it's gone. Deleted. Like a tweet you regret at 3am. Poof.
